ICT policy planning for good governance

This face-to-face course was delivered by National Communications Academy-Technology, with the support of the Global Gateway initiative of the European Union. It explains the linkages of ICT with the development of the digital economy and the need for appropriate policy and regulatory framework for developing the ICT sector in any country.
