




Inclusive digital transformation in small island developing states

This online instructor-led training course was organized by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with support of the Global Gateway initiative of the European Union. It empowers civil servants, policymakers, and stakeholders to design and implement inclusive, whole-of-government, and whole-of-society approaches to digital transformation that foster sustainable development and resilience at a national and sectoral level.
OBJECTIVES:
Define key concepts and pillars of digital transformation, including ICT infrastructure, digital government, innovation, and digital skills.
Identify opportunities and challenges in building inclusive digital transformation pathways, specifically focusing on the needs and contexts of SIDS.
Leverage available tools and global resources to support the implementation of national and sectoral digital transformation plans.
